Keto and exercise Part1




 The ketogenetic diet can be a great way to lose weight, but it does come with some challenges. If you're looking for a way to make workouts easier while on the ketogenetic diet, here are some tips:


1) More frequent breaks: The body needs time to rest and recover between sets of a workout. Even if you're doing light weights, your muscles will still need time to recover after each set.


2) Lighter weights: You might think that heavy lifting will help you grow muscle faster, but if you're trying to get leaner, it's better to use lighter weights and focus on repetitions instead of going as heavy as possible.


3) Do modified versions of certain exercises: Let's say you want to do squats with a barbell? Try doing them with dumbbells instead! Or maybe your goal is to do pull-ups—try doing low rows instead! 

There are tons of ways to modify exercises so they work just as well for your body's current needs without sacrificing any results at all!
