Keto Diet Affects your body's water, how to fix???

 

When it comes to your health, water is one of the most important things you can drink.

In fact, it's so important that we've written about it before!

Water helps your body function and stay healthy by regulating blood pressure and carrying nutrients throughout your body. It also helps remove waste products from your cells. But as you age, your kidneys become less effective at removing toxins from your body—and that's where drinking plenty of water comes in handy.

So what does keto do to a person's water consumption? As more people cut carbs from their diets, they tend to increase the amount of fat they eat—and fat doesn't contain any water.
